EPW - Vacheron a Genève, early jump hour with constant minutes and subsidiary seconds, 50mm, 18K gold OF original case with spring-loaded rear, signed gilt cuvette bearing attributes, engine turned silver dial in Tavernier style, digital style jumping hour displayed in aperture above, KWKS (a key is included as pictured), cylinder escapement, 6J, gilt mvt, s#1578 and s#201 within case. An attractive example of this iconic early Vacheron style.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, good jump hour function, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, good gilt tone, patch of fine scratching at right side of barrel bridge, some scattered fine to micro-fine scratches elsewhere; excellent dial with an attractive acquired patina; excellent hands, seconds-hand with some bits of oxide; case shows light wear, some scattered dings to rear, reduced engine turning detail with full loss to portions of shoulders; bow pivots freely and has evident past repair to its upper portion with different shade of gold solder used; good glass crystals.
